I hope you'll swing by again soon-- much love, JoniJoni Hiltonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12273440763325249255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38571055380125485.post-21760319554413487922013-04-27T09:15:07.021-07:002013-04-27T09:15:07.021-07:00Terrifically fun post, and thanks to Pots and Pins...Terrifically fun post, and thanks to Pots and Pins for sending me over here, but cut the braggers a break, please. When you've got the most fantastic kids in the world, the only people you can say that to are the other parents who also think THEY have the most fantastic kids in the world. Otherwise, you find yourself talking to your boss' wife one day about how your kid has just done something fabulous, and what she says back is that she's envious because her kid just got picked up by the cops and you're left standing there feeling guilty about having rubbed that in for her.
I have two kids, by the way, one who's a software architect making a six-figure salary and one who's currently a post-doctoral fellow at a USDA research center. I just don't get enough opportunities to share that with folks! Okay, there was that time the boy got the ticket for drag-racing, and I have been assured that I don't EVER want to know how he earned his high school nickname, but the daughter was just good. So far as I know!
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17385010265655942107noreply@blogger.com
